Senior Full Stack Developer (Java | React | AI-Assisted Development)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and SQL Server to build scalable enterprise applications supporting financial operations. The ideal candidate should have experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar, while maintaining high standards of code quality, architecture, and security., * Design and develop scalable Java backend applications using Spring Boot.

• Build responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Optimize SQL Server databases for performance and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Perform code reviews and mentor development teams.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring code quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate enterprise applications with financial systems and third-party platforms.
• Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and performance.

• 8+ years of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data
• Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript
• Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices
• Strong SQL Server development including stored procedures, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Playwright)
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and Secure Coding practices

AI Development Experience (Required)

Candidates should have practical experience using AI-powered development tools such as:

• Claude Code
• Cursor
• GitHub Copilot
• Similar AI coding assistants

Must be able to review, validate, optimize, and maintain AI-generated code while ensuring production-quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Financial Services, Private Equity, or Fund Administration domain experience
• Sage Intacct or similar financial systems
• Python scripting or automation
• LangChain, LangGraph, or other Agentic AI frameworks
• Agile/Scrum methodology, * Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related field.
