IT Engineer-Level 3

• Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of large-scale voice and data networks.
• Assist with business requirement assessments for new projects and implement network solutions.
• Contribute in a hands-on manner to the implementation of network infrastructure, including support for battery, wind, solar, and fossil plants.
• Develop and enforce network security standards, policies, and compliance frameworks, including NERC CIP, PCI, and SOX.
• Manage complex network infrastructures, including firewall automation, VPN configurations, and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
• Create and maintain as-built design documentation for all new projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture groups to define requirements and deliver projects.
• Perform network engineering troubleshooting, such as packet capture analysis.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Experience: 11-15 years of experience leading enterprise network projects, with specific experience in network engineering troubleshooting, including packet capture analysis.

Technical Skills: Expertise in Palo Alto Panorama, Palo Alto Firewall, network security analysis, and high-availability network solutions is required. Proficiency with centralized management schemes for system updates, patch distributions, and log analysis is also necessary.
