Job description

The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth within a focused portfolio of 5-10 strategic enterprise accounts. This role develops executive-level customer relationships, aligns technology solutions with business objectives, and partners closely with key technology vendors to deliver integrated IT solutions across networking, data center, cybersecurity, collaboration, cloud & data, physical security, and managed services. In this role you will:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of 5-10 strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and business/IT decision-makers including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, Infrastructure leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Create executive sponsorship programs between company leadership and customer executives.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities while expanding existing customer engagements.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal technical, services, and delivery resources to develop customer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity forecasting and CRM pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex IT infrastructure and services.
  • Experience engaging C-level executives and managing strategic accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud, data center, collaboration, physical security, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and account planning skills., * Bachelors Degree or Higher
