Job description

We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to support and enhance a mature PeopleSoft environment while playing a key role in the organization's long-term ERP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on PeopleSoft development with future-focused integration, migration, and cloud platform projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft applications and enhancements
  • Create and maintain technical design documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while providing user support
  • Develop solutions utilizing PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Application Designer, PS Query, and SQL
  • Participate in large-scale projects involving system enhancements and business process improvements
  • Support payroll, benefits, and human resources modules within PeopleSoft
  • Assist with system migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives
  • Participate in data mapping, conversion, validation, and integration activities
  • Provide after-hours support when required

Requirements

  • 5+ years of PeopleSoft Development experience
  • Strong experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • PeopleCode
  • Application Engine
  • SQR
  • Application Designer
  • PS Query
  • Complex SQL development
  • Experience designing and implementing new PeopleSoft objects and functionality
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work directly with business users and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Database experience
  • Experience with PeopleSoft PUM and Change Assistant
  • Exposure to Workday integrations, Workday Studio, Oracle Integration Cloud, or similar cloud integration platforms
  • Experience supporting ERP migration or modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HRIS or ERP platforms
