The cybersecurity industry in mid-2025 remains a high-growth and high-priority space, driven by rising threats, regulatory changes, AI integration, and the optimization of processes to adopt AI at scale., Identify, qualify, and engage with potential enterprise customers (CTOs, CISOs, DevOps leaders)
Lead sourcing and generating business leads
Cold- Calling C Level Executives and Key Decision Makers to open up new conversations and opportunities
Communicating using all channels to develop a rapport with decision makers and setting up zoom calls with CSI s product and technical team to present solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Build a repeatable outbound and partner-led GTM process
Refine customer profiles, pain points, and early value propositions
Work closely with founders on messaging, positioning, and pricing
Building long term relationships with target clients
Identify potential partnerships, relationships, and alliances to achieve the company's mission.
Requirements
We are looking for a business leader to help us build this service business. If you have experience selling to technical buyers (CISOs, DevOps, CTOs), know how to open doors at Series A C tech companies, and love building early-stage GTM playbooks, we d love to talk., A hunter with existing relationships in the target sector.
Must have 2 to 3 years of sales experience in technology domain.
What we are looking for:
2-3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships for B2B SaaS, preferably in:
o Cybersecurity
o DevOps/DevTools
o Cloud or compliance platforms
Proven ability to sell to technical audiences (CISOs, security engineers, platform teams, CTOs)
Entrepreneurial mindset you re comfortable in early-stage ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication (especially around technical value props)
Experience using CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound tools
