Job description
- Deliver Agile learning solutions including training, workshops, coaching, and communications for all levels, including senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain Agile training materials, playbooks, and process guidelines.
- Mentor and coach Business and Technology teams on Agile frameworks and best practices, providing hands-on guidance and feedback.
- Support Agile Communities of Practice and contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence.
- Lead teams through Agile adoption from initiation to sustainment, including goal alignment and change management.
- Promote Agile values and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and transparency across the enterprise.
- Facilitate communication and mediation across diverse technical and business groups to ensure alignment with transformation goals.
- Assess teams against Agile best practices and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Identify and implement improvements in engineering methods, standards, and processes, ensuring adherence to governance and tracking requirements.
- Guide projects through all phases while managing risks, issues, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Agile Coach to lead and accelerate Agile adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise Agile frameworks, JIRA, and experience design coaching and a proven ability to enable cross-functional teams and leaders to deliver value predictably and efficiently. This role is onsite with an ASAP start and will support various initiatives across Technology and Business teams., * 5+ years of Agile coaching experience in large or enterprise environments; Fortune 500 experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience coaching Agile adoption or serving as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP, and SAFe.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Agile lifecycle tools; experience design coaching.
- Strong interpersonal, mentorship, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities; exposure to project financial management.
- Experience supporting or sustaining Agile Communities of Practice; ability to lead large initiatives or multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; programming experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Agile/Scrum Coach certification.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar).
- SAFe certification or working knowledge of SAFe.
