Systems Analyst 3

• 12-15+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, with deep expertise in the Accounts Receivable/Billing module, system configuration, and functional support.
• Strong technical knowledge of PeopleTools (App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP BusinessObjects), PUM, Fluid, Elastic Search.
• Extensive experience supporting Texas state government ERP environments, including CAPPS, functional project management, strategic roadmap planning.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with large-scale public sector ERP implementations and managed services environments.
• Strong knowledge of State of Texas policies and enterprise ERP governance.
