Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) Engineer

We are seeking an Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) Engineer to drive the deployment, operation, and support of critical endpoint and infrastructure systems. This hands-on role plays a vital part in ensuring operational continuity across geographically distributed shore-side and shipboard operations., Manage and support enterprise endpoint environments, including PCs, mobile devices, and distributed endpoints.

Execute hardware deployments, imaging, configuration, and end-to-end device lifecycle management.

Provide high-quality L2/L3 technical support for infrastructure systems, peripherals, and cabling across various sites.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to assist with warehouse logistics, device staging, and infrastructure project delivery.

2+ years of dedicated professional experience in Endpoint Management and Device Management.

2+ years of experience delivering hands-on Hardware Support and technical equipment troubleshooting.

Must be local to Orlando, FL for a hybrid schedule and possess the ability to travel occasionally as needed without restriction.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or YAML for infrastructure automation.

Prior technical experience or domain knowledge within the Cruise or Maritime industries.

Understanding of modern Enterprise Data Management and Governance frameworks.
