Change Management Lead

· Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with program objectives. · Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring clear communication and buy-in across all levels of the organization. · Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and resistance points, and develop mitigation plans. · Design and execute training programs to support end-user adoption of new data governance frameworks and technologies.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Change, Data Governance, or related fields. · 5-10 years of experience in change management, preferably in enterprise data governance or transformation programs. · Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, master data management, and regulatory compliance. · Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model). · Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies is a plus. Preferred Skills: · Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, etc.). · Experience in large-scale ERP or data transformation projects. · Ability to drive cultural change and foster a data-driven mindset
