Solutions Specialist

• Troubleshoot Linux, storage, hardware, and networking issues
• Support customers through our ticketing system
• Configure and support Linux and ZFS storage solutions
• Work directly with customers to solve technical challenges
• Document solutions and improve support resources
• Collaborate with an experienced technical team
