Job description
- Design and deploy Cisco SD-WAN architectures using vManage, vBond, vSmart, and Catalyst 8k platforms.
- Define SD-WAN policies for application-aware routing, segmentation, SLA-based forwarding, and resiliency.
- Lead WAN transformations, integrating SD-WAN over MPLS, Internet, broadband, and 5G/LTE transport models.
- Manage WAN/LAN edge integration, including fiber handoffs, optics, firewalls, and LAN aggregation.
- Serve as the final technical escalation point for complex incidents and high-risk cutovers.
- Produce high-quality HLD/LLD documentation and operational standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise/service provider network engineering experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (overlay/underlay design and policy management).
- Deep routing knowledge: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EIGRP, and MPLS (L3VPN/L2VPN/VRF).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot across the stack-from physical fiber/optics to application-level performance.
