Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise cloud identity and access management initiatives, with deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform IAM architecture, RBAC models, service account strategies, and privileged access management

  • Proven ability to define secure-by-default IAM reference architectures and governance standards across large-scale cloud onboarding programs

  1. Terraform Governance, Automation & Security-by-Design

  • Strong experience establishing Terraform/IaC standards, reusable module patterns, drift controls, and secure deployment practices in regulated enterprise environments

  • Expertise driving scalable IAM automation and enforcing cloud governance through Git-based workflows and infrastructure-as-code best practices

  1. Delivery Management, Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-team onboarding initiatives, design reviews, exception management, and cross-functional collaboration with security and compliance teams

  • Skilled in operational governance, including runbooks, audit readiness, access recertification processes, incident response playbooks, and enterprise-scale IAM support models
