Job description
- Gain knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes; learn to apply this knowledge appropriately in diverse situations
- Must be flexible to specific rotation job requirements and be able to navigate a changing work environment
- Execute technical deliverables as defined in each rotation job description.
- Support key IT Projects from various perspectives throughout the program
- Play an active role in the IT Development Program activities including various types of training, program event coordination, team meetings, leadership updates, and mentorship program
- Visibility and interaction with senior Information Technology leaders.
- Accountable for developing your leadership and management skillsthrough on-the-job experience and additional training opportunities that are available
THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE LOCATED IN EITHER LINCOLNSHIRE, IL, HOLTSVILLE, NY OR KENNESAW, GA. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE WEEKLY.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Security, Information Systems or a related technical field
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future, * Successful completion of a Zebra Technologies Internship
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment in order to meet deadlines
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Demonstrates technical expertise across multiple technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
Benefits & conditions
$61,040.00 - $91,560.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
