This is a full-time, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package and will work on the Juneau campus., To excel in this position, you will need a strong technical background managing the application life cycle, integrating applications with different systems and developing strong working relationships across the university system. A successful candidate must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Working with different user groups and technical teams will require having strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and collaborate with technical and non-technical customers. Experience with Ellucian Banner and Active Directory highly recommended and experience in higher education or public sector preferred but not required., Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. Information Technology or other related field) and 3 years experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

This position is based in person in Juneau, Alaska, but may be conducted remotely in the United States up to one year from date of initial hire. If you are hired as a remote employee, you will be expected to relocate within one year of date of hire, to Juneau, Alaska as a condition of continued employment. This is a full-time, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package .
