Job description
Architect and operate secure, compliant, and highly available SDDC platforms
Design and implement NSX-T network virtualization with a focus on micro-segmentation, zero-trust security, and regulatory compliance
Oversee vLCM strategies for patching, firmware compliance, and risk-controlled upgrades across production clusters
Design, implement, and manage VMware Live Recovery (SRMDRaaS) solutions for automated disaster recovery
Ensure DR readiness through testing, runbook creation, and monitoring RPORTO compliance for critical applications and infrastructure
Deploy and manage workloads on VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC), including SDDC setup, NSX networking, and hybrid cloud integration with on-prem environments
Build and optimize vROps dashboards for capacity forecasting, SLA monitoring, anomaly detection, and operational risk reporting
Ensure SDDC designs meet banking requirements for resiliency, disaster recovery, multi-site HA, and business continuity
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce segmentation, encryption, and threat-mitigation policies
Drive automation initiatives using PowerCLI, Python, Ansible, or Terraform to reduce manual operations and improve auditability
Requirements
10+ years of experience with VMware virtualization technologies in enterprise or financial-sector environments
Proven expertise designing and operating VCF at scale, including multi-site and stretched-cluster architectures
Deep hands-on experience with NSX-T (DFW, micro-segmentation, routing, load balancing, federation)
Strong experience with vLCM for lifecycle, firmware, and compliance management, >> Advanced proficiency with vROps for analytics, capacity planning, and SLA reporting
