Job description
We are small, senior, and responsive. We pitch Fortune 500 experience at boutique pricing, and we treat the people we place like partners, not inventory. If you are the kind of developer who wants a firm in your corner actively selling your skills instead of leaving you to chase your own gigs, let us talk.
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on .NET development experience
- Deep C# and .NET (Framework and .NET 8/Core)
- Strong SQL Server - design, T-SQL, performance tuning
- Web development with ASP.NET, Web API, and a modern front-end framework
- Azure experience (App Services, SQL, DevOps CI/CD) strongly preferred
- Solid grasp of design patterns, clean architecture, and secure coding
- Client-facing polish - you can sit in a room with a client and represent the work
Location and schedule: Dallas, TX. Onsite or hybrid depending on the client engagement. Local candidates only. This is not remote.
Work authorization: No sponsorship, no visa transfers, no C2C through a third party. You must be authorized to work independently in the US.
About the company
Integration Architects, Inc. is a boutique IT consulting firm placing senior technical talent with our end clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. We are building our local .NET bench and looking for a seasoned developer we can represent to our clients in the area.
This is a direct relationship with us. You come on board, and we actively market you to our Dallas-area client base - manufacturing, retail, financial services, and insurance. Compensation begins when you are placed on a client engagement. This is bench representation, not a salaried position, so you remain free to pursue other opportunities while we work to place you. You are not applying into a black hole. You are joining a firm that has a stake in keeping you placed and billing.
