Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel
- Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Effective communication skills to present insights clearly
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with land services or related industries
- Knowledge of GIS or mapping tools
- Familiarity with additional analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic understanding of land title or land management processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or related roles
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite in Spring, TX
- Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote collaboration if needed
- Any relevant certifications in data analysis or related areas are a plus
