  • Windows & Mac OS device setup and configuration
  • Imaging and endpoint deployment tools
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • ServiceNow (Asset Management preferred)
  • Azure AD user/device validation
  • IT asset lifecycle management
  • End-user support and troubleshooting
  • Data migration and backup processes
  • Logistics coordination and scheduling
