Job description

The IT Enterprise Change Manager is a critical role for State Street and responsible for development of ITIL V4 / ITSM based Enterprise IT Change Management Strategy, Governance Model, Processes, Transformation / Remediation Plan and associated controls and then drive that plan to conclusion. Upon completion of the transformation, she / he will initiate BAU IT Change Management functions that include day-to-day management of Governance, collaboration across IT departments/Business Units as well as the monitoring and maintenance of the IT Change Management review, transformation and ultimately the managing functions for policies, processes and controls.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • A minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or any branch of Science, Engineering or Technology
  • 7+ years ITSM experience
  • Oversees regional and works as a part of the Integrated Global Change Operations team.
  • Daily CAB Reporting, Change Request reviews, Compliance reviews, Risk and Impact assessment, RCA of Change Related Major Incidents, and ServiceNow Reporting.
  • Ensuring Change Governance and Controls and Compliance related requirements are implemented from time to time as part of the reviews.
  • Ensuring Change assessments in particular the Risk assessment is carried out in accordance with the parameters of the change. This would include scrutiny of the risk score, conflicts, moratoriums, etc ensuring Stability to IT infrastructure and Applications.
  • Perform testing activities of the releases and process changes in the Change Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL (preferably V4), IT Change Management (Application and/or Infrastructure) , systems development process, SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall a plus)
  • Proven experience in IT project deployment, Incidents and Problem Management
  • Strong knowledge in Project management and coordination, conducting reviews, providing constructive feedback is a must
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate across various levels of the organization and excellent inter-personal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight schedules
  • Experience with ServiceNow and all of the Windows Office products Excel, Power Point, Word, SharePoint and Outlook.Power BI
