If you are located in the Warsaw area, you will need to work in-office for 50% of working time monthly. If you are located in the Krakw and Rzeszw areas, you will need to work in-office at least 1 day per week.

As a Manager, Payment Solutions - Data Analytics, you will
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities
- Compile and authenticate information from multiple channels
- Automate data processes to improve efficiency and eliminate manual headaches
- Implement advanced data strategies to streamline business processes
- Identify risks and opportunities while offering smart, strategic recommendations

Requirements
- You have a bachelor's or advanced degree (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive analytics experience
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel)
- Experience with data modeling, database management, and ETL processes
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications and automation techniques in business analytics
- Understanding of cloud computing and data intelligence platforms (AWS, Databricks)
- Proven experience with payment solutions, issuers and, including Virtual Payments and VAT reclaim
- Strong technical understanding of payment flows, and VAT reclaim process
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets
- Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration and teamwork to work seamlessly within cross-functional initiatives
- Curiosity and adaptability to stay ahead of trends and emerging data technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

This position is advertised across multiple global locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
- Spain: 55,500 - 66,500 EUR
- Poland: 140,000 - 155,000 PLN
- Netherlands: 64,000 - 67,500 EUR
- United States: 79,000 - 97,000 USD
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
