HEDIS QA Engineer

QA profiles who have a strong health payer background. We are looking for candidates who possess the skills and experience necessary to effectively QA data engineering pipelines for health plan domain data.

The ideal profiles should have expertise in validating large-scale data pipelines, conducting root cause analysis, and identifying data quality issues specific to health payer environments.

Key skills include proficiency in SQL, data profiling, ETL testing, and working knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HIPAA, ICD, CPT, claims processing, and HEDIS/ CMS.

Experience with automated testing tools, data reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations is also essential.
