Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Support application implementations, integrations, and production support.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors.
Create functional specifications, workflows, test plans, and project documentation.
Track project milestones, risks, issues, and change requests.
Assist with troubleshooting application, network, and database-related issues.
Produce status reports and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of Business Analyst or IT Systems Analyst experience.
Experience supporting client-server and web-based applications, preferably in healthcare.
Knowledge of networking, security, and SQL/MySQL databases.
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
Preferred certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA, or ITIL.
