Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Lead to oversee the technical delivery and support of an SAP S/4HANA environment., * Lead SAP Basis activities across the S/4HANA programme

  • Manage system installations, upgrades, patches and migrations
  • Oversee system performance, availability and security
  • Coordinate transports and technical releases across environments
  • Support integrations, interfaces and third-party systems
  • Manage SAP HANA databases, backups and disaster recovery
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, development and functional teams
  • Lead technical issue resolution and manage Basis resources or suppliers

Requirements

  • Strong SAP Basis experience within S/4HANA programmes
  • Experience with SAP HANA, system upgrades and migrations
  • Knowledge of SAP landscapes, transport management and performance tuning
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with cloud or hybrid SAP environments would be beneficial
