Telecom Warehourse Associate

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, logistics, and heavy equipment operation within a fast-paced setting., * Safely operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material handling machinery to load, unload, and transport telecommunications equipment.

• Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately.
• Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct manual handling of materials with proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) following OSHA safety regulations.
• Assist with stock stocking, order fulfillment, and load & unload activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper packaging standards.
• Support warehouse supervision by following safety regulations, participating in safety protocol adherence, and reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and material handling equipment with technical proficiency.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, RF scanners, AS400 systems or similar logistics technology.
• Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE use for manual handling and heavy lifting tasks.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and order processing.
• Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery operation and maintenance is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform order picking & packing efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
