Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance and testing activities across multiple projects.
2. Develop and review test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test execution results to ensure application quality.
3. Coordinate defect management, issue resolution, and testing progress with development and business teams.
4. Support release validation, quality reporting, and continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test leadership, API testing, ETL testing, and enterprise application validation.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience testing enterprise healthcare or managed care applications.
2. Knowledge of Agile and SDLC/STLC methodologies and modern test management tools.
