Job description
The scope of the Front Team is on the lead to manage all the front application of Edenred Belgium and Luxembourg for all our stakeholders: Users, Clients & Merchants. This includes MyEdenred Mobile/Web applications and Leads2Win. You will be part of a team of analysts, testers, developers and a Scrum Master. You will report to Edenred's Front PO and Edenred's CTO.
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be accountable for ensuring the quality of our applications by designing and implementing robust testing strategies. You will have to know and understand all the functionalities of the different applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, analysts and business teams to deliver reliable and high-quality applications.
The key stakeholders for this position are:
- Internal:
- developers, product owners, business analysts from the whole IT department
- product managers, process owners/team leaders and managers,
- External: Users, customers (e.g. key account, social secretaries) and partners.
As a QA Engineer, you will be in charge of:
Test Strategy and Planning
- Define and maintain the overall QA strategy for projects.
- Based on acceptance criteria from business:
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents for testability and clarity.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Test execution and reporting
- Execute manual and automated test cases across different environments (staging, pre-prod, production validation).
- Identify, document and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Validate bug fixes and perform non-regression testing.
- Test both backend and frontend of our web applications (.NET and Angular.JS)
- Monitor test results and provide regular test reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct performance/load testing and analyze results.
- Being able to design, develop and maintain automated test scripts is an asset
- Execute the mobile application testing for both iOS and Android
Release & Post-release
- Validate production deployments (smoke tests, sanity checks).
- Provide sign-off for releases from a QA perspective.
- Monitor production issues and collaborate on root cause analysis.

Requirements
You have a proven track record (minimum 5 years) in the digital field as QA engineer.
You have proficiency in:
- Software Testing Life Cycle, AB testing, performance testing
- Manual testing expertise: Functional, regression, exploratory, UAT, smoke, sanity.
- Using collaboration & communication tools (Atlassian: Jira/Confluence), Azure DevOps, Teams, Office 365,… )
- Experience in automation testing is a plus.
- ISTQB certitication
- Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch.
You can demonstrate:
- Strong, assertive personality capable of leading through challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of collaborate with different type of profile, from technical to business.
- Strong customer orientation & multi-level stakeholders management.
