Upstream & Value Chain: Run the upstream lens - pCAM, Ni / Co / Mn / Li intermediates and refining - linked to our integrated cost position Portfolio Screening Framework. Maintain the two-axis screening framework - opportunity attractiveness and right to win - fed by the rolling competitor benchmark

Sales Consolidation & Performance Insight: Consolidate and interpret sales actuals & forecasts across applications - "are we winning where we said we would play?"

Pricing Strategy: Own segment- and platform-level pricing posture, walk-away thresholds and the value-based logic account leads defend

Quarterly Portfolio Council: Run the Council with CCO, CTO and Operations - prioritisation, stage-gates, kill / accelerate decisions - converted into a resource & capex view

Team Leadership & Analytics: Lead and coach three intelligence managers; drives digital & AI-assisted analytics so insight scales without headcount
Requirements
- 10+ years in industrials, advanced materials or specialty chemicals; metals recycling an advantage
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years in management or strategy consulting, with a track record leading complex projects and teams
- Strong strategic insight and exceptional analytics; turns weak signals into clear recommendations with strong storytelling
- Commercial, financial and pricing instincts; comfortable saying no
- Hands-on experience in operational excellence, due diligence and strategy implementation
- Grounded, balanced stakeholder influencer; credible challenger at senior level
- Builds strong, high-performing teams that leverage diverse perspectives
- At home in multicultural environments; adapts to change and ambiguity while keeping clarity and focus
- Excellent communicator across audiences; fluent English, Dutch and Korean/Chinese a plus; acts with integrity, authenticity and consistency
