Job description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Cabin FAL Interface OSS Manager (f/m) to join our CFI Back Office all programs department based in Colomiers - Clement Ader, France.
You will be part of a team developing operational interface frameworks and quality standards between Airbus and cabin suppliers. As part of the FAL Interface Back Office team, you will be involved in rework cost validation, supplier on-site support (OSS) agreements management, and cross-functional problem solving aiming at driving continuous process improvements and securing global supply chain integration across our FAL networks., * Drive Rework Cost Validation (RCV) workflows, analyzing and negotiating transnational cost data to accurately establish supplier liabilities on Non-Conformities (NCs).
- Lead cross-departmental improvement projects to identify recurring quality issues, initiate escalations, and mitigate product risks.
- Define and implement external company coordination agreements and guidelines for all local Cabin OSS activities across worldwide FAL sites.
- Design OSS contractual frameworks including performance pricing metrics, reactivity penalty clauses, and lump-sum agreements.
- Generate structural data analytics and regular reporting regarding budgets, resource allocation, and overall supplier performance for Strategic Procurement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering (Aeronautics, Mechanical), Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant professional experience in Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or Operational Management within an aerospace environment.
- Data-driven background with practical command of digital and reporting toolsets (e.g., Skywise, Looker Studio, Google Sheets).
- Strong capability for cross-functional international coordination and a proven talent for navigating conflicting stakeholder interests.
- Full professional fluency in English is mandatory to lead global business negotiations and supplier reviews effectively., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
