Functie

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and systems across Europe
• Manage IT strategy, projects, and continuous improvements
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT
• Oversee vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
• Ensure system security, performance, and availability
• Drive ERP optimisation and support Power BI/data initiatives

• Strong experience in IT operations and project leadership
• Background in ERP environments and system improvements
• Experience in infrastructure, networks, and user support
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and/or small teams
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus (not mandatory)

• Exposure to a international environment
