Job description
As a Junior Software Engineer at Momentum Digital, you deliver digital transformation projects that create measurable business value. You help design and build smart, scalable, data-driven solutions from AI-powered workflows and autonomous agents to advanced analytics applications - using technologies such as Python (Django), Azure cloud-native services, Terraform, GitHub (CI/CD), Cursor AI, Tailwind, and Large Language Models.
Working across several strategic initiatives, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and help clients to create innovative solutions that make organisations faster, more efficient, and future-ready. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality results efficiently, while maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher. Furthermore, you will actively invest in your own growth, working towards a Professional Databricks Certification to grow towards a Medior Data Consultant within three years., * Project Delivery: Ensure at least 90% of projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve and maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher, reflecting customer satisfaction and value delivery.

Requirements
- Possessing a completed Master's degree, preferably in a scientific field.
- Demonstrating expertise in data-driven application development using Python, with experience in Azure, and implementing solutions using Large Language Models.
- Showing a strong affinity for IT and solution building, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address potential challenges.
- Being fluent in Dutch, with outstanding customer interaction and presentation skills, capable of leading discussions and delivering clear, compelling solutions.
