Junior IT Support Technician

We're recruiting for an Junior IT Support Engineer to join a well-established, growing IT services provider supporting schools across Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a varied, customer-facing role with excellent training and career development., You'll provide onsite and remote IT support to local primary schools, helping to maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of IT systems. From installing hardware and configuring networks to resolving technical issues, no two days are the same.

• A genuine passion for IT and technology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, organised approach to problem solving
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, networking and PC hardware
• Previous IT support experience is beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• £24,000-£29,000 depending on experience
