Job description

Jump IT Solutions is seeking a Mobile Head to lead a small technical team in London. This role requires a hands-on developer with expertise in Swift and Kotlin, alongside leadership experience. The position involves defining the technical vision for mobile platforms, integrating agentic AI tools, and ensuring best practices across development.

  • Define and implement the technical vision for mobile platforms.
  • Lead a small team of two developers and foster best practices.
  • Integrate agentic AI tools, including Claude and Cursor, to enhance coding quality and speed.
  • Manage mobile CI/CD pipelines, including Xcode Cloud and Bitrise.
  • Oversee API and REST architecture development.
  • Ensure high-quality product delivery across iOS and Android.

Requirements

  • Management or leadership experience within a technical team.
  • Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools such as Xcode Cloud and Bitrise.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and Cursor.
  • Ability to travel to Central London for team meetups.
  • A UK-based candidate with a strong technical background.
