Job description

We are seeking a Senior GIS Analyst / Spatial Data Engineer to lead geospatial analysis, develop spatial data solutions, and support business decision-making through advanced GIS technologies. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in GIS, spatial analytics, and data engineering.

What you'll do:

  • Lead geospatial analysis and spatial data engineering projects.
  • Design, manage, and optimize GIS databases and spatial data workflows.
  • Develop interactive maps, dashboards, and geospatial visualizations.
  • Perform spatial analysis to support infrastructure and business projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and data teams.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with GIS standards.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement of geospatial processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in GIS, geospatial analysis, spatial data engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ArcGIS, QGIS, spatial databases, and GIS technologies.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, FME, or geospatial ETL tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical projects and priorities.
