Test Analyst

We're looking for a Test Analyst to join our Transactional Member Communications team within Retail Legal & General.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring customer communication solutions are tested thoroughly and delivered to a high standard. You'll work alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Comms Managers and Test Leads, helping to make sure new functionality delivers the right outcomes for customers and the business.

• Delivering business acceptance testing across projects and change initiatives
• Reviewing requirements and test artefacts throughout delivery lifecycles
• Producing test plans, scripts, evidence and audit documentation
• Executing test scenarios and validating outcomes against requirements
• Logging, managing and retesting defects through JIRA or similar tools
• Supporting governance, controls and testing best practice
• Collaborating with developers, analysts and product stakeholders
• Communicating testing progress, risks and recommendations

• Experience in Business Acceptance Testing or User Acceptance Testing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar defect management tools
• Ability to create and maintain testing documentation
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams
• Exposure to pensions, insurance, financial services or another regulated industry would be beneficial
• Knowledge SQL or Customer Communications Management platforms would be advantageous
