Job description
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain and update project plans, schedules and trackers
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely task completion
- Organise and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
- Monitor project progress and highlight risks, issues and dependencies
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date and stored correctly
- Assist with change management processes in a procedurally compliant manner
- Support project reporting, including status updates, milestone reports, RAID logs and performance metrics
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication
- Support financial tracking of projects, including purchase orders, timesheets and cost tracking where required
- Contribute to process improvements within the PMD

Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in an IT project coordination, administrative or delivery support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Confidence coordinating between suppliers, customers and internal teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or similar
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Experience within an IT services or managed services environment is desirable
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile is desirable
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure or cloud technologies is desirable
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework is desirable
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile or equivalent is desirable
- Experience working with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards within a projects environment is desirable

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Macclesfield, working 37.5 hours per week.
