Job description
Reporting to the Executive Director of Digital, Estates & Facilities, you'll provide strategic leadership across digital services, cyber security, infrastructure, information systems and digital transformation. Working closely with executive, clinical and operational colleagues, you'll ensure digital enables better patient care, improves staff experience and supports our long-term strategic ambitions., This is a role with genuine breadth and influence. You'll lead major transformation programmes, oversee the continued rollout of our EPR, drive innovation through artificial intelligence and automation, strengthen digital resilience and play a leading role across the wider Integrated Care System.
Requirements
We're looking for an experienced senior digital leader with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation within large organisations. You'll bring strategic vision, operational credibility and the ability to build strong relationships across clinical, operational and system partners. Experience leading large-scale digital programmes, developing digital strategy and delivering measurable benefits is essential. Experience of EPR implementation within healthcare would be advantageous.
