  • Delivering end-user training and maintaining system/process documentation (SOPs, configuration logs).
  • Proactively monitoring system performance, governance limits, and data integrity, coordinating with NetSuite Support or third-party vendors when needed.
  • Leading release management activities including regression testing, UAT coordination, and feature enablement.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities (workflows, scripts, saved searches) to enhance efficiency.
  • Identifying, prioritising, and remediating technical debt within the NetSuite environment (e.g., legacy customisations, inefficient workflows, redundant scripts).
  • Defining and enforcing NetSuite architectural standards and best practices, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across the platform.
  • Advising the business on best-practice process design based on system capabilities and architectural considerations.

Requirements

  • Self-directed, proactive, and delivery-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Hands-on operator capable of managing competing priorities within a structured governance framework.
