Job description
- Manage multiple concurrent software implementation projects of varying size and complexity.
- Deliver projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Monitor project financials, ensuring commercial performance and profitability.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards while exceeding customer expectations.
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and best practices.

- Office 365, We are a growing Microsoft Partner offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Business Central projects. We operate in a fast-paced consultancy environment where you will work with customers, consultants, developers, and senior stakeholders, taking ownership of project planning, governance, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction. We offer a salary of up to £75,000, remote working with occasional travel, exposure to varied and complex enterprise CRM projects, ongoing professional development and career progression, and a supportive, collaborative team environment with access to the latest Microsoft technologies.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience delivering customer-facing software projects within a Microsoft Partner, consultancy, or professional services environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience delivering software projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience managing project commercials, including Time & Materials (T&M) engagements.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to confidently lead projects with minimal supervision and delegated authority.
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
- Highly desirable: experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects.
- Highly desirable: experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Highly desirable: Microsoft Partner experience.
