You will be in your 2nd or 3rd year of University studying towards a Computer Science or technology based degree.

Passionate about learning, development, and continuous improvement
Motivated to deliver high performance, both individually and as part of a team
Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
The ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical solutions
An interest in data, AI, technology, and their application to real-world business challenges
Commercial awareness of Nationwide Building Society, the wider Financial Services industry, and the opportunities presented by emerging AI technologies
