Systems (QHSEI) Manager

My client is seeking a Systems (QHSEI) Manager to take ownership of its integrated management systems and ensure continued excellence across its UK and international operations.

Systems (QHSEI) Manager Role Reporting to the Global Quality Director and working closely with senior operational leaders, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing management systems across the business. This is a highly visible role with significant influence across both UK and global sites.

You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving best practice, and supporting business growth through robust governance and continuous improvement.

Systems (QHSEI) Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001 management systems across UK and global locations.
• Ensure ongoing audit readiness and compliance with all relevant standards and certification requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for BSI and external certification bodies.
• Lead management reviews, stakeholder engagement activities, and governance processes.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Drive risk management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with global and local teams on sustainability, quality, compliance, and crisis management programmes.
• Provide leadership and direction for Health & Safety activities across UK operations.
• Support the development of QHSEI capability and best practice across multiple international sites.

Are you an experienced QHSEI professional who has successfully implemented ISO management systems within a complex, multi-site environment?

Do you thrive in a role where you can influence global standards, drive compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Information Security disciplines?, * Proven experience implementing ISO management systems within a manufacturing, engineering, technology, or similarly regulated environment.

• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience managing integrated management systems across multiple sites and/or international operations.
• A track record of successfully leading internal and external audits.
• Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership teams.
• The ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
• Desirable NEBOSH qualification.
