Job description
- Own software engineering end to end, including architecture, delivery, and lifecycle for UKI products
- Drive growth through differentiated capabilities, faster time to value, and commercial execution
- Deliver high-quality, mission-critical, regulated clinical software with clear accountability for outcomes
- Lead AI-first transformation across platforms and engineering practices, improving velocity, quality, and cost to serve
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support to accelerate go-to-market, implementations, renewals, and expansion
- Lead globally distributed teams with strong execution discipline and outcome-based accountability
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership ownership of Software Engineering covering workforce transformation, AI strategy and governance, and global scale delivery
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering growth in enterprise software
- Experience delivering large-scale, regulated, or mission-critical platforms
- Demonstrated success leading AI-enabled or technology-led transformation
- Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading global, multi-time-zone teams with 70+ headcount
- Knowledge of regulated software environments is desirable but not essential
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent experience
