IT Service Provision & Continuity Owner

6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 New Milton, Hampshire Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (35 hours per week), We're currently recruiting for a Provisioning Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced operational environment on an initial 6-month contract.

This role offers a great blend of team leadership, operational coordination, stock management, and technical device provisioning. You'll be responsible for overseeing a team that prepares, configures, tests, and dispatches customer equipment, ensuring orders are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

The successful candidate will take ownership of daily operations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain high standards across quality, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Provisioning Technicians.
• Allocate workloads and manage day-to-day operational priorities.
• Oversee the configuration, testing, and quality checking of customer equipment.
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and asset tracking processes.
• Ensure equipment is packed, documented, and dispatched accurately.
• Act as a key point of contact between operational teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate risks where appropriate.
• Promote a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience within technical provisioning, IT asset management, deployment, warehouse operations, logistics, or similar operational environments.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience.
• Experience managing inventory, stock control, asset tracking, or dispatch processes.
• An understanding of hardware configuration, device setup, testing, or troubleshooting.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, or business systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
