Lead end-to-end UX/UI design, from discovery and research through to prototyping, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Partner with product and technical teams to align user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.

Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate solutions.

Conduct usability testing, customer research, and data-driven analysis to validate concepts and enhance user experiences.

Simplify complex insurance processes and regulatory requirements into intuitive, user-centred journeys.

Requirements
- Experienced in designing digital products, ideally within consumer, fintech, or insurance sectors.
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Make.
- Strong collaborator with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates user-centred design expertise through a portfolio showcasing clear processes and successful outcomes.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, UI best practices, responsive design, and agile ways of working.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
