Job description

The Digital Experience Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing Morgan Properties' digital footprint and supporting strategic initiatives that drive customer acquisition and resident engagement. Reporting directly to the Manager of Digital Experience, and working in close collaboration with regional teams, this position ensures a high-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned online experience for prospective residents across all digital channels. In a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the Digital Experience Specialist will contribute to website updates, lead source integrity, third-party vendor relationships, and reputation management. Ultimately, this role's mission is to maximize digital performance and visibility, helping drive occupancy and support broader marketing goals through best-in-class online presence. This role supports digital operational accuracy and technology coordination.

Essential Duties

Website & Digital Presence Management

  • Update and maintain accurate property information on company and third-party websites (e.g., office hours, amenities, photos).

  • Partner with 3rd party vendors to manage the development and upkeep of property websites, coordinating assets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.

  • Regularly audit community websites for accuracy and consistency, recommending improvements as needed.

  • Manage domain ownership and redirects across the portfolio.

Marketing & Innovation Support

  • Assist in researching and presenting innovative marketing, advertising, and communication tools that leverage digital and emerging technologies.

  • Support the creation of new digital content (e.g., photos, videos) from planning and scheduling to production.

  • Participate in brainstorming efforts that align with cost-effective strategies for increasing web traffic and driving leases.

Lead Source Management & Reporting

  • Audit lead sources to ensure accuracy of phone numbers, email addresses, pricing, imagery, and brand messaging.

  • Generate and analyze website performance reports, offering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Training & Internal Support

  • Provide internal training support on marketing programs, digital tools, and customer loyalty initiatives as needed.

  • Respond to reported digital marketing issues including system integration concerns or inaccuracies on websites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in website management, social media support, or digital marketing preferred.

  • Prior experience in customer service, advertising, or social media is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; eager to learn new digital platforms and technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, troubleshoot issues, and support cross-functional teams.

Tools & Systems:

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.

Salary range: $24-26/hr

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
