We are committed to delivering secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions while providing exceptional support to our employees, tenants, and customers., JL Properties, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Endpoint Administrator to join our Information Technology team. The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the deployment, security, and lifecycle management of the organization's endpoint devices: laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. This role is central to the company's Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategy, implementing and enforcing endpoint security and data-protection controls to safeguard sensitive corporate information., * Manage the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Administer endpoint management and mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
- Maintain endpoint security, compliance, and data protection controls, including device monitoring, encryption, vulnerability remediation, and incident response support.
- Support endpoint operating systems across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation and scripting solutions to improve endpoint administration and operational efficiency.
- Provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation point for endpoint-related issues.
- Assist with endpoint-related identity, access, and device enrollment processes.
- Deliver user training and guidance regarding endpoint technologies and security best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and system records.
- Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and business stakeholders on endpoint initiatives, upgrades, and technology projects.
- Provide after-hours support as needed and perform other related duties as assigned., This position has no direct reports. The Endpoint Administrator works under the direction of the IT Manager and collaborates within the IT Department on infrastructure matters.
Requirements
Minimum
- High school diploma or equivalent required; three (3)+ years of directly related endpoint administration or desktop support experience.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management and MDM tooling (ManageEngine Endpoint Central Cloud, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, or comparable)., * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; 3-5 years of directly related IT experience may be substituted for the degree.
- Direct experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central Cloud, Jamf, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Purview, and/or Microsoft Intune is extremely helpful and will accelerate ramp-up in this role.
- Certifications (preferred, not required): Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), CompTIA Security+/A+, or ITIL Foundation.
Other Requirements
- Valid Alaska driver's license and possession of a functional, insured vehicle.
