Agile Coach

• Coach infrastructure and platform teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive Agile maturity through process improvements, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, PI Planning, retrospectives, and cross-team planning sessions.
• Partner with engineering leadership to remove delivery impediments and improve team effectiveness.
• Develop Agile metrics and dashboards using Jira to measure team health and delivery performance.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical leaders on Agile execution.
• Standardize Agile processes across multiple infrastructure initiatives while balancing governance and delivery.
• Foster collaboration across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and operations teams.

• 8+ years of Agile experience with several years as an Agile Coach
• Active Agile certifications (CSM, CSP, SAFe SPC, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC, or similar)
• Experience coaching Infrastructure/Platform/Operations teams (not just application development)
• Strong process management and continuous improvement experience
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile best practices
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, PI Planning, retrospectives, and leadership workshops
• Experience working with cross-functional infrastructure programs involving networking, cloud, servers, databases, or enterprise platforms
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence; ability to build dashboards and Agile metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise or financial services environments
• Experience with Agile transformations across multiple teams
• Knowledge of DevOps, SRE, ITIL, or Infrastructure Operations
• SAFe implementation experience
