Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise cloud infrastructure and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cloud architecture, migration strategies, infrastructure automation, DevSecOps, and enterprise infrastructure modernization. The Senior Cloud Architect will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions while providing technical leadership for cloud transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with software architects, developers, DevOps engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure cloud solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and operational objectives., * Design, develop, and implement enterprise cloud architectures using industry best practices.

  • Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.
  • Develop cloud adoption strategies, migration roadmaps, and modernization plans.
  • Design highly available, fault-tolerant, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructures.
  • Architect cloud-native applications and services to support enterprise workloads.
  • Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with Software Architects and DevOps teams to implement automated deployment pipelines and cloud-based application delivery.
  • Establish cloud architecture standards, governance policies, security controls, and operational best practices.
  • Design cloud networking, storage, compute, identity management, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Evaluate cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve scalability, security, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, monitoring, and cost management.
  • Support containerized application deployments and orchestration platforms.
  • Ensure cloud environments comply with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning sessions, and infrastructure design discussions.
  • Develop cloud architecture documentation, diagrams, standards, and implementation guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and deployment issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, or cloud architecture.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience leading cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
  • Experience designing scalable, resilient, and highly available cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automation frameworks.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, identity management, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience supporting containerized applications and orchestration platforms.
  • Experience working within Agile software development environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills., * AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent cloud certification.
  • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience implementing hybrid cloud environments.

  • Knowledge of automation and configuration management tools.
