The IT Analyst Business Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) serves as the enterprise resource planning expert for end users across the finance and supply chain service lines. Embedded in it, this role assists staff in achieving their goals and enhancing their effectiveness by leveraging the ERP system to its fullest potential. This role will provide guidance and hands-on support to business customers, partners with I.T. and other stakeholders to configure and support the ERP across the organization., Other duties may be assigned.
- Supports one or more of the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, core and self-service HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning and Performance Management.
- Provide support to services lines through analysis, reporting, and system development.
- Document, understand, and optimize departmental workflows to align with software capabilities.
- Respond to, investigate, and resolve data requests and system issues by understanding desired outcomes.
- Work closely with report writers to design and generate reports.
- Perform analysis on data to ensure accuracy and integrity; communicate updates and changes to users.
- Maintain core system tables and files.
- Align services lines with I.T.
- Enforce guiding principles.
- Identifies process improvement through changes in practice, standardization, or automation.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of system processes related to upgrades and enhancements.
- Increase service line effectiveness by educating end users.
- Develop and maintain training materials for end users.
- Perform virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Monitors and tracks service tickets.
- Collaborates with third-party vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare, or related field with one 1 year of relevant experience required.
OR
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare, or related field and expected to complete the degree within one 1 year, with at least one 1 year of relevant experience.
OR
High school/GED with 7 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates may work onsite in Naples, FL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to quickly learn software, hardware, and other technical components.
- Accurate with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work under own initiative / self-motivated.
- Experience with information technology optimization.
- Dexterity to learn new systems and programs rapidly.
- Must keep current on industry trends.
- Must have the ability to work nights and weekends as needed to support the business.
- Must have the ability to travel between locations.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Visio).
- Intermediate computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
