  • Engaged workplace culture with team events and employee-focused initiatives throughout the year., The Data Analyst will be responsible for maintaining critical operational and inventory data while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of company records. This role combines data management, reconciliation, problem-solving, and analytical review., * Enter and maintain transaction, inventory, and operational records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Process purchase, transfer, shipment, and inventory-related data.
  • Reconcile monthly records and expenses, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support month-end reporting activities through data validation and analysis.
  • Review large data sets to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Investigate variances and work independently to determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • Generate and maintain reports for operational tracking and business planning.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding data discrepancies, reporting needs, and process improvements.
  • Maintain organized documentation and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, accounting support, inventory administration, or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  • Filtering and sorting data
  • Find and Replace functions
  • Working with multiple file formats
  • Basic formulas and lookup functions
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies with minimal supervision.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
