Job description
Then: design and build the software that replaces the manual work you just did - working directly under our lead systems architect (who built our custom lab software from scratch) with regular access to the founder. Projects on the roadmap include:
- Laboratory workflow automation
- Mobile apps and a customer portal
- AI-powered reporting tools
- Barcode and inventory systems
- Data dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field - or self-taught with a portfolio that proves it
- Experience with some of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Flutter, SQL, APIs, AI tools
- A builder's mindset and genuine curiosity about how a business operates
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain an OMMA Cannabis Employee credential (required by Oklahoma law - we'll walk you through the process)
- No laboratory experience required. We'll teach you the science
